UW and Wyoming Community Navigator Program to Discuss Holiday Sales Oct. 27

Small Business Saturday is right around the corner, and small-business owners can
learn how to build anticipation and a pipeline of potential customers eager to purchase
products during this upcoming holiday season Friday, Oct. 27.

Liz Jamieson will present a Wyoming Community Navigator Program (CNP) webinar titled
“Make the Most of Your Holiday Sales: Holiday Offers, Ads and Marketing Funnels” from
11 a.m.-noon. To register, go here. Registration is free.

The Wyoming CNP, through the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network
at the University of Wyoming, provides small-business resources and assistance for
traditionally underserved entrepreneurs throughout Wyoming.

During the latest Wyoming CNP webinar, Jamieson will present tips for creating memorable
experiences for customers during and immediately following sales, as well as ways
to keep customers coming back.

Jamieson has been coaching, facilitating and training in a variety of environments
for decades, including as a Washington SBDC certified business adviser; business coach
and program director for a Small Business Administration Women’s Business Center;
and as manager of corporate training and continuing education for a technical college.

She owned a website design and development firm for many years, where she coached
entrepreneurs in branding, sales and marketing. There, she worked on the online presence,
collateral and copy for over 100 different small businesses. To build her business,
she cold-called entire chamber of commerce directories. Jamieson’s strengths are in
technical online marketing, loan packaging, business planning and development, and
social media.
