UW and Wyoming Community Navigator Program to Discuss Year-End Tax Planning Nov. 30

Small-business owners can learn how to handle year-end tax planning without stress
Thursday, Nov. 30.

Derek Campbell will present a Wyoming Community Navigator Program (CNP) webinar titled
“Year-End Tax Planning” from 11-11:30 a.m. To register, go here. Registration is free.

The Wyoming CNP, through the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network
at the University of Wyoming, provides small-business resources and assistance for
traditionally underserved entrepreneurs throughout Wyoming.

During the latest Wyoming CNP webinar, Campbell will show small-business owners how
to save money and reduce their tax liabilities. Small-business owners also will learn
what documents they need to collect and how to organize them for smooth meetings with
tax preparers.

Campbell is a co-founder of HighPoint CPAs, an accounting firm founded with the merger
of CPA Group of Laramie and Capital Clarity Co. in 2022. Before the merger, the two
firms had worked closely with mutual clients together over the years.
