Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention and Treatment Agency Holds 16th Annual Fall Festival on October 28

Laura Tancredi-Baese, CEO of highly regarded Home Start, Inc., discusses the organization’s annual Hallo-Wine Fall Festival, slated for Saturday, October 28. The Festival raises funds to support Home Start’s services and programs that include a Maternity Housing Program, free parenting classes, job search assistance, among others. Home Start has been serving San Diegans in need for more than 50 years.
