Kingston Economic Development says they are excited to announce a partnership with Kingston Frontenac Public Library (KFPL) aiming to empower the community through a series of monthly workshops and a unique Business Book Club. The groups say this collaboration aims to inspire entrepreneurship and enhance digital literacy among individuals and businesses in Kingston.

This partnership means expanded access to knowledge, skills development, and innovative spaces. Kingston Economic Development will host monthly workshops designed for individuals who are interested in exploring entrepreneurship and businesses seeking to improve their digital literacy. These workshops will cover a range of topics, which organizers say are essential for today’s business landscape, including business planning, digital marketing strategies, financial management and technological advancements. These workshops are open to everyone, from aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas to established businesses looking to adapt and thrive in the digital age.

The library’s business books section will now include a collection of books about business, carefully curated by the Kingston Economic Development team.
